Consortia have partnered with a well known software company on an exclusive basis, looking to bring on board an experienced and passionate Product Director. You will be responsible for leading the product strategy and roadmap for my client's end-to-end B2B customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that is all about customer experience and be at the core of shaping the product management practices for a well-known brand that enables millions of people to make purchasing decisions.

As a Product Director, you will have experience with developing B2B products from inception through development, release and beyond. You will possess leadership skills as you will be managing multiple teams containing Product Managers, UX Designers and Developers. You will have excellent communication skills as you will be interacting with millions of customers to understand their needs and continue to contribute to the growth of their business.

You must be commercially focussed, as you will also be responsible of driving the company's future growth by identifying innovative and profitable solutions that will result in additional opportunities. This role is suited for a strategic thinker who can influence the company behind their vision for the company's B2B product. 

  • Proven history of developing and launching large-scale B2B software products.
  • Good people leadership skills and an enthusiasm for developing others.
  • Experience in line management with a strong ability to motivate people and lead by example.
  • Commercial and analytical mindset with experience of leveraging data to inform your product decisions.
  • Deep empathy for customers and a desire to grow our client's B2B product.
  • Clear communicator and be the voice of the customer in all aspects of product development and delivery.
  • Experience working with functional groups across the company including design, engineering, marketing, support, operations, business systems, etc.
