Product Director

Are you a Product Director, who is passionate about working for a scale up, hyper growth company?

 

My client is looking for a Product Director, to come in and lead an entire product division in the business. You will be directly responsible for the success for a number of cross functional product squads, consisting of Product Managers, Designers, Frontend and Backend engineers, QA and analysts.

 

You will own the strategy and growth projection for your product division, whilst remaining hands on and close to the product development. You will get involved with Roadmap work, speaking to customers and analysing their pain points and ultimately getting stuck in when your teams requires it.

 

You will have experienced both mature and early stage product development, coming from a hyper growth, fast paced environment, working in agile ceremonies and 2 week sprints.

Product Director Must Have Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years as a Product Director
• Additional 5+ years as a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager
• Must have worked in HRtech, Financial Services or B2B SaaS idustry
• Used to fast paced, scale up environment, with 2 week sprint releases
• Lead and mentored up to 10 direct reports of Product Managers
• Must be a resident or passport holder for UK, Netherlands, Spain, France

 

Product Director Job Specifics:

Salary: (GBP) 120-150k + equity

Location: Remote
