VP of Product

Consortia are working exclusively with one of the fastest-growing startups in the live streaming and VOD space, in finding a VP of Product to lead the vision, strategy and scaling of the companies Product function.

The Vice President of Product will be the Product evangelist within the company, driving innovation, highlighting key metrics and putting in place process and structure when it comes to shipping at pace.

The focus for the VP of Product will be understanding the rapidly expanding live streaming market, with a focus around gaming and integrations with Twitch, Youtube and Facebook gaming via a variety of cloud-based products. You will be coaching and mentoring a team of 5 Product Managers on a remote basis across EMEA, defining the OKR's and product metrics and encouraging a trusting, accountable and autonomous culture among the team. 

Here are a few requirements for the Vice President of Product:

• Multiple years building, coaching and mentoring teams of Product Managers.
• Extensive experience in a fast-paced start-up environment, establishing best practises and infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of the trends around Live Streaming and VOD services. If you have shipped a Product from scratch of this nature then even better.
• Comfortable managing a team remotely across time zones.

All Interviewing will be conducted remotely via VC. You can expect a few interview stages, giving you the opportunity to deep dive into the team, product, challenges and expectations.
