If you’ve worked inside an energy supplier and know what it takes to improve the tools agents rely on every day, the operational platforms that keep everything moving, this could be your next challenge.

Consortia are hiring a Product Manager to take ownership of a core internal platform, a billing and customer system that supports everything from onboarding and usage tracking to agent workflows and customer experience.

It’s a mission-critical role. With the current product lead promoted, the business needs someone who can become the custodian of the platform, while working closely with operational teams to ensure it continues to serve agents and customers effectively.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Work directly with contact centre and operations teams to identify pain points and opportunities
  • Translate feedback into prioritised product changes that streamline workflows and improve service
  • Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver enhancements with measurable outcomes
  • Balance usability, cost-efficiency, and compliance, delivering value for both users and the business

What You’ll Bring

  • Recent experience (within the last 3 years) working inside a UK energy supplier
  • A solid understanding of how agents and customer service teams interact with internal tools
  • Experience incrementally improving platforms, making them more intuitive, scalable, and effective
  • Strong communication skills and empathy to lead through periods of change and complexity

Bonus Points For

  • Ownership of internal customer or billing systems
  • Experience improving agent workflows, call centre tech, or back-office automation
  • Familiarity with UK energy market operations and regulations
  • Experience managing systems that span multiple business functions

Why Join

  • A rare opportunity to step into a product leadership role with continuity and clear direction
  • Flexible remote-first working backed by strong cross-functional support
  • A culture that values curiosity, clarity, and collaboration
