B2B Product Manager

Job title: Senior Product Manager – B2B Enterprise Products

Location: Berlin or remote across Europe

Salary: 77k - 94k EUR

Consortia have partnered with a very well-known health-Tech that is currently leading in clinical AI in Germany that is in need of a Senior / Expert Product Manager to participate in driving core enterprise B2B products.

What you will be doing:

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap which is currently helping millions of users through the most intuitive UX possible
• Responsible for setting team to achieve KPI and targets whilst driving significant impact to the customer
• Collaboratively guide product development together with your engineering and design, medical counterparts
• Nature a hands-on data-driven process by collaborating with data analysts and UX team
• Coach and guide other Product Managers to build a consensus and foster a strong product mindset across all departments

Skills you will need:

• You have 7+ years of Product Management experience in similar (senior) specialising in Product Manager type roles within B2B Enterprises and Agile/Scrum environment
• You have experience in working in a fast-paced Tech/ Product Development SaaS Start-up/Scale-up
• You have a can-do approach and worked extensively with cross-functional teams
• You have strong analytical skills combined with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Nice to have: Regulated health technology background
• Strong business acumen in English
