A start-up Fintech client we are working with is looking for a Chief Product Officer to expand their Digital Banking app, aimed at improving the lives of the underbanked in developing markets. Having successfully raised multi-millions in their Series A funding round, they are looking for a CPO with experience scaling a mobile-based B2C Fintech Product to millions of users.

The Chief Product Officer will be leading the charge in shaping the vision and strategy of growing this complex product into new markets and mentoring, coaching, and scaling the Product team. It will be important that you understand what it takes to scale a Fintech Product internationally and have an awareness of how neo banks are used in emerging/ developing markets.

Here are some key requirements for the CPO:

• You have an understanding of Fintech Products in emerging/ developing markets.
• Previous experience scaling a B2C mobile focussed Fintech Product.
• Understand how to ship complex Products to 1 million+ users.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous start-up environment.
• Bonus points if you have built customer-facing mobile Fintech Products.
• Experience working with distributed teams.

Salary - £120,000 up to £150,000 plus equity.

This role will be based in Paris 40% of the time or they would welcome someone willing to relocate there, with their assistance. For the time being though it will be fully remote until the pandemic has eased. The Interview Process will be conducted via video conferencing.
