Head of Product

We have partnered with a venture-backed, series A funded Fintech altering the landscape of how credit is accessed through the use of technology. They have created a sustainable Product creating an accurate view of a borrower’s creditworthiness.

They are looking for a Head of Product, the most senior Product person in the company, to create the vision and strategy reporting directly into the CEO. The Head of Product will be responsible for coaching and mentoring the existing Product Manager’s and instilling a customer-driven and Product centric way of thinking throughout the organization.

Here are some key requirements they are looking for in the Head of Product:

• Experience scaling a Product team through funding round A-C.
• Commercially and business results-driven.
• Shipped products in a B2B, Fintech setting.
• Delivered enterprise SaaS Products in a start-up environment.
• Awareness of machine learning.
• Able to push back at Stakeholder level.

Interviews will be conducted remotely for the time being and the role will remain this way until the business returns to the office.
