Head of Product

A global Fintech client we are working with is looking for a Head of Product to expand their Digital banking app, aimed at improving the lives of the underbanked, into new territories across the globe. Having successfully raised 15 million Euros in their Series A funding round, they are looking for a Head of Product with experience scaling a mobile-based B2C Fintech Product to millions of users.

The Head of Product will be leading the charge in shaping the vision and strategy of growing this complex product into new markets and mentoring, coaching, and scaling the Product team. It will be important that you understand what it takes to scale a Fintech Product into global markets and have an awareness of how neo banks are used in emerging markets.

Here are some key requirements for the Head of Product:

• Previous experience scaling a B2C focussed Fintech Product.
• Understand how to ship complex, multiple Products at 1 million+ users.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous start-up environment.
• Bonus points if you have built customer-facing mobile Fintech Products.
• You have an understanding of Fintech Products in emerging markets.
• Experience working with distributed teams.

This role will be fully remote for its entirety and the Interview Process will be conducted via video conferencing.
