Head of Product

Consortia are working with one Of Europe's top cybersecurity start-ups in helping them find a Head of Product to help the business scale towards their next funding raise and further develop their suite of highly successful SaaS Products utilising AI.

They are bringing cutting edge security products to the masses and are already working with some well-known tech start-ups, supported by an experienced Product focussed investment team.

The Head of Product/ Product Lead will be working directly with the founding team and C-suite in providing the vision and strategy in taking the business forward. Whilst this is a Senior Leadership position, there will also be the need to get your hands dirty with the Product work from time to time. With this in mind, it's important that the Head of Product is happy operating in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Here are some key requirements:

• Extensive experience shipping B2B SaaS Products.
• Demonstrable start-up experience. You're a wearer of many hats and not afraid to fail.
• You pioneer the customer in everything you do.
• Experience working on complex technical products.
• Bonus if you have developed cybersecurity software products previously.

All interviewing will be conducted remotely and flexible working the norm once offices return.
