Head of Product

My software consultancy client are looking for a Head of Product to lead a range of innovative transformations solutions. Not all consultancy roles are the same, and this company are user-focused and outcome-based with a real-world impact. This provides an incredible opportunity for the Head of Product to be involved in impactful projects across a range of industries, with scope to work on healthcare.

As a Head of Product, you will have control over the product you are working and can be the first person on some of the most exciting projects available. For this role, you will need to have exceptional negotiation and communication skills, to effectively and efficiently be a point of contact for multiple teams. These will include developers and sales teams, to allow the client’s business to add maximum value and ensure the product is delivered to the highest standard.

Here are some key requirements for the Head of Product:

• Must have substantial experience and demonstrable success in consulting.
• Developed products from scratch and obsessed with improving and optimizing a product.
• Experience of working at a senior/board level and demonstrable evidence of building strong senior client relationships.
• Negotiation skills, and not afraid to challenge customer's.
• Strong ability to manage and motivate people and lead by example.
• Excellent communication, listening, written and verbal skills.

The total package includes:

• Salary: £100,000 - £135,000
• Personal Bonus (of up to 15%)
• Private Healthcare
• Shares of the company (with a Share Saving Scheme as an optional extra)
