Head of Product

Are you a Head of Product, with a background in Marketing and an interest in the FLB industry? My client is looking for a Head of Product to lead their B2B discover and insights team.

As the Head of Product, you will lead two product squads, identifying high-level objectives, mapping out the strategy, and carving the product vision for the whole company.

You will be well versed in talking with your users, with exceptional soft skills, and communicating successfully with all internal teams in the UK and globally.

Head of Product requirements:

• Experience in social/media monitoring, influencer marketing, or BI industries
• A love for Data and experience working in data lead companies
• Previous experience in B2B SaaS or B2B mobile apps
• Confident managing product squads and line managing junior PMs

Desirables:

• Previous experience or passion for Fashion Luxury and Beauty industry
• Worked both in scale-up and big tech companies
• Worked in an Agile way and can coach these practices and promote a product lead business approach

Head of Product working arrangements:

Location: HQ in Paris

Working set up: Fully remote

Salary: 80-100k
