We have been given the opportunity to work with a well-backed software company looking for a Product Manager to work on exciting products across the healthcare and commercial sector. Our client has impacted many organizations in the UK as they are a global player within the digital transformation space - it's not surprising that they have been ranked in the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies numerous times!

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading significant products and delivering business solutions in order to meet client needs. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are key as you will be developing strong personal networks and recognizing competitor activity in relevant market areas. You will report into the Head of Product and work alongside the development and sales team to deliver a strategy that will add value to your clients.  

You will be a natural leader, with mentoring and coaching opportunities in levelling up the existing Product team. You must be commercially focussed, as you will also be responsible of driving the company's future growth by identifying innovative and profitable solutions that will result in additional opportunities. 

Here are some key requirements for the Product Manager:

  • Must have substantial Product Manager experience in a commercial environment with demonstrable success in consulting. 
  • Developed products from scratch and obsessed with improving and optimizing a product.
  • Experience of working with at a senior/board level and demonstrable evidence of building strong senior client relationships.
  • Proven track record in selling to external customers.
  • Negotiation skills, and not afraid to challenge customer's decision in a non-confrontational style.
  • Strong ability to manage and motivate people and lead by example.
  • Excellent communication, listening, written and verbal skills. 

This role can offer a fully remote position, although, our client is looking for someone who can be flexible and be willing to work away from home when needed.
