Lead Product Manager

Consortia have partnered up with an established fintech company looking for a Lead  Product Manager to be part of a global team spanning over 80 countries that are simultaneously building a next-generation payroll platform that seamlessly connects companies with great talent across the globe. 

You will be leading a key part of the product division within the company,  managing cross-functional teams composed of Product Managers, Designers, Developers and QA in leading them to create solutions to solve complex and ultimately redefine the way people work around the world. 

Key skills you will need: 

• Past experience as Lead Product Manager  in Post Series C companies, ideally in a hyper-growth startup/ scaleup  B2B SaaS environment 
• A hybrid Product leader who has led teams in larger scale-up companies but is still prepared to be hands-on if needed to direct and get involved with the team.
• Experience working within the fintech space across financial services would be highly beneficial 
• Background experience working on Onboarding & Compliance solutions 

Job title: Lead Product Manager

Salary up to 120k 

Location: Berlin, Germany 

Working set up - Fully flexible, with remote working
