Lead Product Manager

My client combines technology, and data to solve complex problems within the edtech space and they are looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager for a 14 FTC position.  

As a candidate, you will have significant, hands-on digital product management experience with a track record of leading successful delivery teams. You will be comfortable with managing stakeholders as well as experience working with the development and operation teams. As an experienced Product Manager, you will bring expert product management skills and will mentor others to develop their Product skills and techniques.

This will be a great opportunity to make a huge impact within the company and help shape the expanding digital team.

This is a hybrid role with occasional travel to their offices in North Yorkshire. Although, this can be negotiable for the right candidate. 

As the Lead Product Manager in this team, you will be experienced at:

• Managing digital products through the entire life cycle – from inception to launch.
• Lead the product discovery process – drawing on, and providing direction to, the collective resources across the agency to define product visions, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Coaching and mentoring product teams, creating an environment for success.
• Managing day-to-day relationships with key external stakeholders and delivery partners.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can navigate ambiguous situations and apply analytical thinking to guide the direction.
• Excellent communication on all levels.
