Platform Product Manager

We have an incredible opportunity for a Product Manager to join a progressive and forward-thinking retail company. You would have the potential to grow and own your own portfolio of products, while retaining freedom and autonomy over the whole process.

The Product Manager will have the ability to work with their own front-end engineers to establish a platform for the internal teams to use, and to leverage their knowledge and experience in order to improve a variety of products, in a range of domains.

The role will be focussed on empowering and improving the effectiveness of the platform for the frontend engineers across all verticals, to improve the alignment, autonomy, and speed of the product. There will be progression for the Product Manager to own more products, and to grow with the company into more senior positions.

The Product Manager must be confident collaborating internally, adhering to the product roadmap and overall vision for the product. You will be responsible for leading the product from ideation to launch, and you will need to be able to consider the bigger picture when making decisions.

You would be required to be in a Hatfield Office for two days a week, but they are flexible on which days that you would need to be in.
