Principal Product Manager

We have been given the opportunity to work on a retained basis for a well-backed Fintech in finding a Principal Product Manager for the consumer squad in their Product function. They are a global player went it comes to payments, money transfer, and card issuing and require a Principal Product Manager with substantial experience in Fintech, mobile banking, and payments.

Principal Product Manager will report into the Head of Product and CPO who based in the US. This will be an individual contributor position on the whole, with mentoring and coaching opportunities in levelling up the existing Product team within the Consumer tribe.

You will have the opportunity to define contribute to the ideation of their mobile banking application and drive the development of Products delivering Business value. The Group Product Manager will be working closely with UI/ UX on consumer-facing products and will have a great understanding of interaction, UX and usability.

Here are some key requirements for the Principal Product Manager:

• Must have extensive experience shipping high scale, consumer-facing Fintech mobile apps.
• Understanding and experience in a Tech-driven, challenger bank.
• Start-up experience.
• Developed products from scratch and obsessed with improving and optimizing a product.
• Deep understanding of user needs in the Fintech ecosystem.

This role is a fully remote position with interviewing taking place via video conferencing.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Product Manager looking to take ownership of the consumer-facing product efforts for a global Fintech platform, processing Billions of dollars across tens of countries worldwide.
