Principal Product Manager

We have an opportunity within an extremely well-known online marketplace, currently looking to hire a Principal Product Manager to be a part of the company's Ecommerce product team. You will be an expert in search and recommendations as this is a strategic and core part of the overall platform of the company's Ecommerce proposition. You will be reporting to the Head of Product, and work with highly skilled team members across engineering, data science, design and research to influence Product roadmaps.

As the Principal Product Manager, you will have experience working on large-scaled user facing applications across search, recommendations or machine learning products. You will be responsible with driving the strategy and growth of the search and recommendations products of the company. This is a key role as it focuses on the direction of the company's capabilities of providing relevant personalised search results and recommendations to your customers. 

What you will need to have:

• 5+ years product management experience in search, recommendations or machine learning powered products. 
• Experience working on large-scale user-facing applications and in high-growth environments. 
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders. 
• Track record in driving vision and strategy and defining roadmaps for your product.
• Experience working collaboratively with the design and engineering team to build products, through all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills.
