Product Lead

Consortia are pleased to be working with an exciting start-up company who have developed a machine learning AI content moderation platform and is on the hunt for its first Product Lead. Sitting at around 20 staff members, you would be working closely with the CEO and VP of engineering to help carve the future of this innovative product.

If you have ample Product Manager experience in a start-up environment and an interest in AI technology, then this role could be perfect for you. You will need to be confident in leading the product for the organisation, carving out the product roadmap, and no stranger to the peaks and troughs that come from developing a product from scratch.

Having secured their second round of seed funding early this year, they are well equipped to drive through this period of growth. Being the first Product Lead in the company means you can grow out and build your own Product Team.

Key requirements for the Product Lead:

• Extensive experience building and owning the product roadmap
• Proven track record of success in working collaboratively across all departments in a start-up environment
• Previous experience in B2B Saas/AI machine learning
• A ‘hands-on’ approach to Product, being involved with customer research to identify future opportunities

Product Lead Job Specifics:

Location: London

Workstyle: Remote (option to meet in London offices if desired)

Salary: 75-95k
