Product Manager - USA - Payroll

Consortia are presently working with a world-leading SAAS business to put together a global team of outstanding Product Managers. This is a rare opportunity to join a company that really is product driven, with a specific requirement for an ambitious Product Manager with a strong background in Payroll.

The Product Manager will use their subject matter knowledge to ensure the tech teams are producing the best, most competitive, payroll products on the market. This is a huge project spanning 80 countries, so we're ideally looking for someone who loves problem-solving and has a deep passion for the customer.

You’ll need to have come from working with multidisciplinary teams outside of purely product or engineering and the role would suit someone used to working with a global team. 

Key skills you will need:

• Experience working on complex software platforms, ideally in a fast-paced startup/ scaleup B2B SaaS environment 
• Have a Payroll background or a deep understanding of payroll whilst being a Product Manager
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on a dynamic international set-up 
• Experience working with payment systems and financial  receivables products ideally within B2B space
