Product Manager

Consortia are working with a market-leading Fintech, changing the face of payments across the UK and Europe. They are looking for Product Managers to further their mission, to become the number one trusted payments provider. After launching their first end-to-end product giving businesses of all sizes control over their finances, they are changing the payments landscape for the better.

As part of this journey, they are looking for Product Managers to join their high-performing Product Org in furthering the company into a product led organisation. Whilst the business is well established, the Product function is central to their growth currently. The Product Manager will be operating across a flat team structure and reporting to the Head of Product. You'll be joining product, tech and data people from companies like Deliveroo, Wise and Truelayer.

Here are a few areas they are looking to add to in the team:

• Payments experience - if you've worked around payments previously and are passionate about how they work.
• Card - someone who has successfully delivered a digital product with a physical card. Ideally in a challenger/ Neo banking start-up.
• Start-up experience, if you've taken something from discovery to launch.
• No Fintech, no problem. We'd like to hear from any Product Managers with a passion for solving complex problems, with experience at product led companies.

All interviewing will be conducted remotely with flexible working available when office work returns.

As part of the interview process you'll meet the team:

First Interview: Head of Product (culture fit and product experience).

Second Interview: Product Team (meet with other Product Managers in the team, assess product thinking.)

Third Interview: Engineering and Design counterparts

Final Interview: Call with the CPO.
