Product Manager

Consortia are excited to partner with an innovative health tech company in the UK, looking to bring on board an experienced Product Manager to work on their user-eccentric platform. Their products are designed to transform the way healthcare is delivered and is used widely in the UK and is growing fast!  

As an experienced Product Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company's user satisfaction is achieved, by identifying market opportunities and developing a deep understanding of how the company's products are built. This is a leadership role, where you will lead a cross-functional team of developers, engineers, product owners and the broad company to deliver squad objectives. You will need to be comfortable with technology and have an analytical and curious mindset. 

Here are a few requirements for the Product Manager role:

• Product Management experience in a digital start-up or start-up-like environment.
• Several years of experience working in a challenging environment. 
• Analytical and curious mindset with the ability to collect insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
• Passion for improving user customer needs and interest in technology.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team of individuals while inspiring progress among them.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A 2:1 university degree.
