Product Manager

We have been given the opportunity to work for an award winning and well-backed progressive company in finding a Lead Product Manager to work on the company's existing and new product development initiatives. As well as their existing products, they also offer a whole range of guidance and support for their customers through their feedback app. 

The Product Manager will report to the Trading Director and work as a part of a great team of people working across marketing, development, customer services, operations and finance. The company's work culture is a friendly and relaxed one, but also working hard as they are part of a competitive market. Innovation and growth are also a big focus over the coming year.

As the Product Manager in this team, you will be entrepreneurial and commercially focused, you will be keen to get stuck into improving the company's products in any way you can. Being a great communicator is also key, you will need to be able to convince stakeholders that the products you are championing are worthy of building.

Here are some key requirements for the Lead Product Manager:

• Product management experience in a tech-driven finance/regulatory sector.
• Curious and analytical mindset. Experience with analysing market opportunity, competitive landscape, and customer needs, conducting research as necessary.
• Developed products from scratch and obsessed with improving and optimizing a product.
• Must be commercially focussed and collaborate well with cross-business stakeholders, clients, and development teams to execute the roadmap on time.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team.
• Excellent communication skills. 

This role is a hybrid position with interviews taking place via video calls.
