Product Manager

The world of e-commerce is booming and we're excited to have partnered with one of the largest online retailer in their search for a Product Manager. Their innovative, smart technology put the tools in their customer's hands to power a global supply chain. 

As a Product Manager, you will be working on what your clients and customers want. You will be collaborative, and bring stakeholders and the engineering teams together in order to solve challenges and create new business capabilities. You will also empower your customers by building tools for the job, and enable transformation within the company's Supply Chain and Logistics division.

Along with the above, you will utilize a variety of techniques to develop your understanding of the tech landscape and customer expectations of technology. You will have a technical and analytical mindset, and have the ability to use product metrics to prioritise their specific product roadmap effectively and seek out data and insights to allow you to make informed decisions.

If you believe you align with the following, it would be great to hear from you:

• Knowledge and understanding of a retail business and how to maximise the value that products can. 
• Knowledge of one or more of the major technology solutions used across the Logistics industry. Examples include Warehouse Management Systems, Transport Management Systems, and Enterprise Mobility Solutions etc.  
• The breadth of Product experience shaping products from ideation to launch.
• Great understanding of the challenges of building a Product Org and how to apply the right frameworks to solve problems.
• You're passionate about spreading understanding around Product Management.

All interviews will be conducted remotely. The role is based in Coventry, however, this is a fully remote position. Although, our client is looking for someone who can be flexible and be willing to work away from home when needed.
