Product Manager

The roles can vary dependant on the experience of the individual and will allow the successful candidate to develop their skillset, whilst working on some of the most complex and rewarding projects.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for establishing working relationships with a range of stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business priorities and to support the delivery of business value. You will have an analytical and technical mindset and your day-to-day would involve analysing data to recommend service improvements and make informed decisions. You will report into the Head of Product and work as part of a scrum team and support the team in delivery. 

You must be commercially focussed, as you will also be responsible of driving the company's future growth by identifying innovative and profitable solutions that will result in additional opportunities. 

Here are some key requirements for the Product Manager:

• Must have Product Manager experience in a commercial or technical environment.
• Developed products from scratch and obsessed with improving and optimizing a product.
• Negotiation skills, and not afraid to challenge customer's decision in a non-confrontational style.
• Demonstrable experience of delivering as part of an agile team.
• Excellent communication, listening, written and verbal skills. 

This role can offer a fully remote position, although, our client is looking for someone who will flexible and can work away from home when needed, for up to two days a week. 

The candidate should have some experience as a Business Analyst and a Product Owner or Product Manager. This would give the candidate the best founding to understand the overall company business plan and allow them to provide the best service for the clients.
