Product Manager

We have been given the opportunity to work on an exclusive basis for a well-backed Fintech in finding an experienced Product Manager in the company's Product function. Its digital platform runs via a mobile application that offers support to customers to improve their financial profiles, build savings and overall have a healthier relationship with money. 

Our client is looking to close another round of funding and they are growing in all areas of the business, offering an opportunity to progress and develop your career. You will report to the CPO and take ownership of the product, make decisions and work with a cross-functional team of developers, product owners and designers. You will also collaborate with the other product teams to make product improvements on new and existing features of the company's mobile application. You will also have mentoring and coaching opportunities in leveling up the existing Product team. 

Ideally, you will have a technical mindset, with a passion for solving complex problems to meet customers' needs. You will have the opportunity to define and contribute to the ideation of their mobile application and drive the development of Products delivering Business value. 

Here are some key requirements for the Product Manager:

• Experience shipping high scale Fintech mobile applications.
• Understanding and experience in a tech-driven, start-up environment. 
• Developed products from scratch and obsessed with improving and optimizing a product.
• Experience in using Agile methodology and work well in a cross-functional team in a fast, paced environment.
• Deep understanding of user needs in the Fintech ecosystem.

This role is a fully remote position, with offices in Bristol and co-working hubs in Cardiff and London.
