Product Ops Manager

Are you an experienced Product Manager, who has experience with delivering outstanding user experience passionate about working for a scale-up, hyper-growth company?

My client is looking for a Product Ops Manager, to be responsible for building strong connections with user-facing teams and ensuring a tight product feedback loop. This is a highly cross-functional individual contributor role where you will be working directly with top users, learning more about their use cases and problems as you help them get more out of the product. 

The ideal candidate will enjoy digging deep into the data, analysing user feedback, and using these insights to drive product improvements.

Product Ops Manager Must Have Requirements:

• Strong experience in product operations, product management, or in an operational/program management role that worked closely with product and engineering teams. 
• Problem-focused, solutions-oriented, hands-on and have extreme attention to detail.
• General technical knowledge of how software is built (designing and building a payment system is a huge plus).
• Used to the fast-paced, scale-up environment, with 2-week sprint releases.
• Strong SQL skill is an advantage.
• Must be a resident or passport holder for the UK, Netherlands, Spain, France.

Product Ops Manager Job Specifics:

Salary: (GBP) £70k-£90k + equity
