Product Owner

Are you a Product Owner with experience in Business Analysis or Software development? A Digital Transformation Agency is looking for multiple Product Owners to join their rapidly expanding team. Not all consultancy roles are the same, and this company is user-focused and outcome-based with a real-world impact within the Public Sector.

As a Product Owner, you will be experienced in establishing working relationships with a range of stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business priorities and will be confident in challenging decisions when appropriate. You will have an analytical and technical mindset and your day-to-day would involve analysing data to recommend service improvements and make informed decisions. You will be key to driving the company's future growth by identifying innovative and profitable solutions that will result in additional opportunities.

You will work as part of a scrum team, mentoring your peers and promoting an agile work model.

Here are some key requirements for the Product Owner:

• Must have Product Owner or Business Analyst experience in a commercial or technical environment.
• Developed products from scratch and obsessed with improving and optimizing a product.
• Negotiation skills, and not be afraid to challenge customer's decision.
• Demonstrable experience of delivering as part of an agile team.
• Any experience with team management will be excellent as you will be responsible for leading a SCRUM team of Business Analysts.
• Previously demonstrated experience working in an external client-facing role
• Must have lived in the UK for 5 consecutive years (SC Clearance required)

Working arrangement for the Product Owner Role

• Location: London: (Multiple Locations in UK - projects are assigned based on residential address)
• Job title: Product Owner
• Working style: 10% on site/ 90% Remote (varies on client requirements)
• Salary: £70k-£90k

Our client is looking for someone who can be flexible with working away from home when needed, for up to two days a week on site with the client, although 90% of working hours can be done from home.
