Senior Product Manager

Consortia have partnered with a digital giant backed by one of Silicon Valley's most well-known VC's in helping them to secure a Senior Product Manager to lead one of their 2 product Tribes.

The Senior Product Manager will be leading the efforts to engage and retain the creator side of their consumer mobile app, with user figures topping the 150million monthly actives per month and an install based 0f 1 billion!

This creative and community-driven app requires the attention of a Senior Product Manager who can drive strategy, tactics, and vision through leveraging experience across search, personalisation, and marketplaces. Whether it be optimizing around user flows, designing onboarding journeys or focussing on a longer-term engagement strategy, the remit for impact within this role is vast. In the UK market, it would hold more of a Lead or Principal title.

Here are a few requirements for the Senior Product Manager:

• Shipped high-value features for consumer mobile apps.
• Experience managing and coaching Product Managers.
• Start-up experience.
• You've worked on search, personalisation or recommendation features.
• Time spent on marketplace products, be it food delivery, dating or classifieds. 
• Bonus if you've worked with data scientists on AI and ML-driven products.

How will the Interview Process pan out:

• 1 hour call with their Director of Product Management involving a situational case study. No prep required, this will be around your product thinking.
• 1 hour call with a peer panel of engineering and design.
• Final call with Senior PM leading the other Tribe in the Product team.
