Senior Product Manager

Consortia has partnered up with an exciting start-up company looking for a Senior Product Manager to be part of their early-stage journey. Our client is delivering a complex solution across the crypto and blockchain division and need an experienced Senior Product Manager to join a collaborative team with a focus on getting product features built while maintaining a strong culture of innovation, trust and autonomy.

This is a highly complex solution so the right Product Manager will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible with getting these products into the hands of your customers and work directly with them to understand their needs.

Ideally as the Senior Product Manager, you will need to come with;

• Real-life experience of applying lean start-up and design thinking to build products from scratch.
• Product management experience in a consumer tech business.
• Experience with gamification and/or social networks.
• You love working in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
• An optimistic and open-minded problem solver.
• Entrepreneurial, being a co-founder or part of a start-up founding team is also an advantage.  
• Crypto / Blockchain industry experience is an advantage.
