Senior Product Manager

Consortia has partnered up with an exciting start-up company looking for a Senior Product Manager to be part of their early-stage journey. Our client is delivering a complex solution across the crypto and blockchain division and need an experienced Senior Product Manager. You will conduit between the different developers in the ecosystem and the company's protocol. You will be expected to lead the developer relations and create a thriving ecosystem of application developers. 

This is a highly complex solution so the right Product Manager will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 

Ideally, as the Senior Product Manager, you will need to come with;

• Experience with leading the design and development of tooling, sample code, and libraries as part of the protocol ecosystem.
• Work with development and product teams to write and maintain the technical documentation to effectively use the protocol.
• Interact closely with the developer community and propose improvements that will best serve them .
• Assist in onboarding new ecosystem participants with technical expertise as well as be an active member of the developer community. 
• Serve as a developer advocate, collecting and disseminating relevant feedback and information to internal stakeholders.
• You love working in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
• An optimistic and open-minded problem solver.
• Entrepreneurial, being a co-founder or part of a start-up founding team is also an advantage.  
• Crypto / Blockchain industry experience is an advantage.
