Senior Product Manager

Are you a user obsessed product manager, looking for an opportunity to use your skills to push growth?

We have an exciting opportunity with an international digital bank, looking for a Senior Product Manager to head up their Product Growth.

You will use a data driven model to identify opportunities that drive acquisition and adoption of products. You are customer obsessed, understanding their needs and channelling this through the organisation.

You will report to the CPO and lead a team of engineers to execute on your vision.

Senior Product Manager Responsibilities:

• Execute on product strategy for product growth & revenue generation
• Act as the voice of the customer, using research to understand pain points and feeding this back to interdisciplinary teams
• Influence senior stakeholders with your growth strategy and work cross functionally with data, operations, sales and marketing
• Use data to drive your decisions for scale objectives, cost optimization and regulatory fulfilment

Senior Product Manager must haves:

• A background driving growth for a fintech, mobile app with expertise in pricing, tiering and subscription
• you are ‘hands on’, able to lead a technical team with a good understanding of cloud-native technology
• you come from a fast-paced background, well versed in changing priorities and you can implement product processes

Senior Product manager desirables:

• evidence of growing cloud native products
• come from a background in fintech/financial services
• have been the first growth PM in a fast moving scale up

Salary: 90-110k

Location: London
