Senior Product Manager

Consortia have partnered with a well-known HR tech company that is rapidly scaling its global Product teams. They are looking for a Senior Product Manager to be part of a team that spans over 80 countries with a goal of simultaneously building a next-generation payroll platform that seamlessly connects companies with great talent across the globe. 

You’ll need to have come from working with multidisciplinary teams outside of purely product or engineering and the role would suit someone used to working with a global team. 

Key skills you will need:

• Experience working on complex software platforms, ideally in a fast-paced startup/ scaleup  B2B SaaS environment 
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on a dynamic international set-up 
• An understanding of financial services and HR teach would be advantageous 
• Background experience working with API & Integrations ideally within B2B SaaS products

Job title: Senior Product Manager

Salary up to 95k EUR + Stock Compensation

Location: Berlin, Germany 

Working set up - Fully flexible, with remote working
