Are you a strategic product marketing manager with a passion for sales enablement? Do you thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment where you can build programs from the ground up?

This is your chance to own the enablement strategy at a leading SaaS company as it scales its sales efforts for enterprise growth. You'll bridge the gap between product, marketing, and sales, ensuring teams have the messaging, materials, and training needed to drive revenue and accelerate deals.

What You’ll Do
🔹 Lead Sales Enablement: Develop and execute impactful enablement strategies for direct and partner sales teams.
🔹 Own Sales Materials: Create and refine sales playbooks, competitive positioning, objection-handling guides, and value propositions.
🔹 Train & Educate: Design and deliver sales training programs, ensuring teams understand messaging, differentiation, and best practices.
🔹 Strategic Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, customer success, and marketing to align enablement efforts.
🔹 Data-Driven Optimization: Track KPIs to assess enablement effectiveness and refine strategies accordingly.

What You Bring
✅ 5+ years in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or a related field.
✅ SaaS expertise (at least 2+ years in a B2B SaaS environment).
✅ Deep understanding of sales processes – ideally with experience in sales enablement or a background in sales.
✅ Self-starter mentality – you take ownership and drive initiatives forward without waiting for direction.
✅ Strong storytelling & communication skills – you know how to craft compelling messaging that resonates with different personas.
✅ Experience with enablement tools (Salesforce, LMS platforms, sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, SPICED).
✅ Ability to work cross-functionally – engaging with sales, marketing, product, and customer success.
