Job Title: Senior Growth Manager
Location: London, Remote
Salary: £60,000 - £90,000 DOE
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a product/growth marketer in financial services, fintech, or banking.
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Design and implement experiments to identify effective tactics for increasing feature adoption and activation rates.
- Optimise the onboarding process to ensure new users quickly understand and realise the value of our products.
- Create compelling, clear messaging and communications that articulate the value and unique advantages of our products. Ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Equip the sales team with the tools, resources, and training needed to effectively sell our products. This includes creating sales collateral, case studies, and presentations.
- Analyse user data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Work closely with product, research, design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with product development and user needs.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and understand the needs and preferences of the consumer.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Skills Needed:
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies for digital products or services, particularly in financial markets.
- Successful track record in creating and managing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing platforms.
- Strong ability to conduct market research and use data analytics to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Experience in developing effective product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Ability to work closely with product management, sales, design, and engineering teams to align marketing strategies with product development and sales objectives.
- Experience in creating tools and materials that aid the sales team in the selling process.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and able to adapt marketing strategies to changing market conditions and organisational needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex product information clearly and persuasively.
- Proficient in using data and metrics to guide marketing decisions and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
