Senior Product Manager (Growth)

Consortia are working exclusively with one of the most talked-about start-ups in Europe, helping them scale their world-class Product team during a period of X10 growth.

They are looking for a Senior Product Manager, on a fully remote basis, to lead the growth pod of the business. The Senior Product Manager (growth) will be taking ownership over the acquisition, activation, conversion and monetisation of their SaaS platform aimed at improving the design tasks and workflows of Product Managers and designers across the globe.

The Senior Product Manager (growth) will be working in a truly autonomous and empowered environment, with the team pioneering the shape-up development methodology, shipping great products in a shorter time. The remote nature of this position isn't related to covid-19, the company as always been structured this way, with the tools in place to work this way.

The company are closing their Series A raise as we speak and you'll have the opportunity to grow as the company does, building a team focussing on growth.

Here are some requirements for the Senior Product Manager:

• Experience growing a Product, ideally SaaS-based, but not essential.
• You've worked around acquisition, conversion and retention in a truly product-led environment.
• You're data-centric in all you do, a background in Data Science or working closely with data teams is a big plus.
• You have a strong appreciation for design, UX and UI. Likeminded designers and Product people are your users.
• Have taken a Product from concept to launch in a fast-paced start-up.
• 5-7 years of Product Management experience.
