We have an opportunity within an extremely well-known entertainment company as a Digital Product Owner in London. The focus of the role will be working on the customers digital experience, making personalised content for each user that visits their site in order to grow their digital ticket sales. The company have just had a record month in terms of digital ticket sales, reaching over 3 million in October, and has over 250 million visits per month across all their European markets. The company sold over 40 million tickets across their European territories and have set a reasonable target to reach over 100 million.
You will be responsible for setting the direction of the digital roadmap for the UK, which will be used to help direct the whole of the European market, over six key territories. With access to millions of data sets, the digital journey can be really exciting for the candidate that will be successful. They have access to some of the best development, marketing, and strategy teams available, to help guide your vision for the product. Furthermore, there will be the opportunity for them to travel around Europe in order to visit the sites that you will work alongside.
Required Experience:
-Extensive history working on a B2C or eCommerce product, ideally working within a start-up or scale-up company.
-Working for a localisation company, that has a focus on customer/user personalisation.
-History working on both mobile and web-based applications.
Non-Essential Experience:
-Any experience working with Adobe Target or SiteCore is a bonus.
