Product Owner

Consortia have partnered with a B2B SaaS start-up in supporting their hiring for a Product Owner to join their growing Product team. The Product Owner will take ownership of developing their cutting edge SaaS and mobile products aimed at simplifying complexities around managing the supply chain in the luxury goods market. They are the first of their kind and backed back some major players in the space.

They are ideally looking for a Product Owner with an underlying knowledge of the complex web of relationships in this supply chain who can pivot into a technology-driven Product role within the business.

You'll be working closely with the Senior stakeholders in the business, engineering and design teams in gathering requirements, writing user stories, grooming the backlog and focussing on the strategic vision of shaping the product moving forwards.

Here are some key requirements for the Product Owner:

• Experience developing complex SaaS Products.
• Thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment, this is crucial.
• If you have worked on supply chain management or workflow management tools it would be helpful.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• A data-driven approach to Product with the ability to get into detail around user stories and gathering requirements.
• You must be passionate about taking a step forward in your Product career and be able to demonstrate the ability to be industry agnostic.
• Bonus if you have a working knowledge of the intricacies of the jewellery supply chain.

All interviewing will be conducted remotely and home working encouraged for the time being.
