Product Owner

Are you an experienced Product Owner looking for a step up where you can run a squad and contribute to product strategy? 

Consortia are really excited to be working with an creative technology scale up who are looking to recruit into their product team due to growth. 

Recently hitting series D has meant that the product team needs an experienced product owner to come in and back fill a recent promotion. 

You will be leading a product squad of engineers, and product owners on improving and making iterations to an successful B2C market place product. 

You will be user-focused and data driven, having a good technical understanding, to bridge that gap between commercial and engineering teams. 

Along side gathering requirements, grooming the backlog and managing a set of key stakeholders, you will have the opportunity to work with the Product Lead and Head of Product on the over all strategy of this product, acting as the voice of the customer. 

Product Owner Key Requirements: 

• Product Owner for minimum of 2 years, preferably from BA or Data background 
• Background in B2C technology products, championing the voice of the user 
• Strong in agile methodologies, writing user stories, epics, sprint planning and managing the backlog 
• Evidence of working cross functionally with customer success teams, marketing & UX/Design 
• Good technical understanding, to be able to work closely with engineers 
• Strong soft skills, great communicator and used to handling key stakeholders 

Product Owner Desirables: 

• Having worked on international products, taking existing products to new markets

Product Owner Job Specifics: 

Salary: 55-70k 

Location: Brighton 

Work style: Hybrid - Wed & Friday in the office with the Product team
