Salesforce Administrator - Hybrid Working Environment

Salary - £65,000 - £75,000 + 10% Bonus

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join a global leading supplier in sophisticated data analysis working within the latest AI technology.

About the role:

  • All levels should have experience within sales operations, development and salesforce administrative support, albeit at varying levels of complexity.
  • Embodied characteristics include attention to detail, proficient problem solving and the ability to multitask.
  • Salesforce Admins, are responsible for ensuring best practices are followed within the Salesforce platform, acting as a conduit between Support, Architect, Analysis and Development functions. They balance hands on configuration, with solution design.

What you will be doing:

  • Consult on best practices, both with technical and business stakeholder
  • Work closely with the Salesforce User base, on the advanced technical requirements. For example;
    • working on any requests that come in that cannot be resolved up by the support function.
    • working with the product team, on developing business requests in-line with the product roadmap
  • Accountable for Salesforce security best practices, ensuring they are followed by support and development functions, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups
  • Hands on with configuration within Salesforce, eg acting as a sprint resource, with a delivery focus
  • Gatekeepers to Salesforce best practice of; 'configuration (eg workflows and triggers) over code'
  • Hands on support, of large features (eg CLM, CPQ) in post launch during a hyper-care phase.
  • Work with the SA's and BA's as part of the core project team, kicking off new features
  • Work with architects, ensuring design works for Salesforce and best practices
  • Acting as hands-on tech lead, overseeing developers on large feature developments, such as CPQ, CLM, Service Management
  • Responsible for the day to day running and upkeep of the Salesforce platform
  • Min 8 years experience with Salesforce.com
    • Experience of working across multi salesforce clouds, eg Sales, Marketing, Service
    • Experience with large salesforce modules, such as CLM, CPQ
  • com Admin (ADM201) & App Builder (ADM401) certified
  • Demonstrable experience with Apex/Visualforce and Salesforce Lightning
  • Experience of the salesforce development lifecycle

What you will need to have:

  • Strong time management, planning, prioritisation and technical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of Sales, Marketing and Finance roles
  • Desire to work and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Ability to prioritise, and coordinate multiple projects and competing work demands
  • Ability to see the “big picture” while managing several small projects.
