Head of Delivery

Head of Delivery - Up to £120k + Bonus - Remote/Hybrid

Consortia are delighted to be supporting one of the most influential Fintech businesses in the world in their search for a Head of Delivery, to oversee the short, medium, and long-term operational management of over 500 employees across a global timezone, covering over 20m customers.

The goal of the Head of Delivery will be to consult on a number of day-to-day workstreams, allowing the CIO to focus on longer-term growth and strategy. They will take a hands-on approach to identify inefficiencies within a global IT operation, with a view to inspiring better ways of working and streamlining processes and budgets.

The Head of Delivery will line manage a FinOps Analyst, and use their influence and inspiring leadership skills to complement, support, and unite several technology leaders with strategy, business & IT operations, process & project management, communications, people management, finance/budgeting, and more. 

Acting as a deputy and central point of contact for the CIO, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate a tactile, solution-driven, natural problem-solving ability. With a need to have a keen eye for data and detail, they will provide regular progress/overview reports for different teams/projects, and use their details knowledge to support the CIO with commercial and technology strategy decisions.

Essentials:

• Successful track record in operational/delivery leadership roles
• Proven experience in uniting and leading strong personalities/heads of business
• Detail/data-driven with demonstrable experience in strategic decision making
