Full-Stack Developer

A client operating in the education sector are looking for a full-stack developer to join the tech team to deliver software working to the team’s objectives. You’ll mostly use HTML, CSS, Ruby and JavaScript to deliver products and features to users via their digital platform.

A successful Ruby Developer will…

• Create efficient and reliable Ruby code
• Deploy to large scale systems (AWS)
• Conduct tests to drive design and keep everything running smoothly
• Collaborate with data engineers making use of reporting and analysis
• Offer input to shape decisions and features

A Ruby developer considered will have:

• Experience using Ruby and Ruby on Rails
• Strong communication skills
• Confident in HTML, CSS and JS (react)
• Previous experience building interactive web applications
• Experience writing high value tests
• An understanding of improving legacy code bases

The offices are in central London (Zone2) with transport links in every direction only minutes away. You’ll benefit from a salary of up to £75,000 subject to experience plus incentives such as 28 days holiday (Plus Bank Hols), Charity days and Season ticket loan schemes for travel.
