Senior Service Designer

Consortia are looking for a Senior Service Designer for our client who can assist in their growth and management in design solution capabilities

The Senior Service Designer will help organisations put people at the heart of their decision making, by improving the experiences of their client’s customers and providing findings that impact people in a meaningful way

The Senior Service Designer will have broad experience across a variety of strategic and service design projects. They will be comfortable in managing a team and delivering high-quality work

Leading project work, the Senior Service Designer will be responsible for developing design deliverables:

• Use research insight from the insights team to identify meaningful service solutions for their private and public sector clients
• Have a sound understanding and experience in service design methods and outputs within product/service design lifecycle
• Know when to draw on qualitative and quantitative insight to explore, evaluate and iterate the service design solutions
• Able to bring concepts to life through prototyping, wireframing, and solution design
• Pragmatic approach and understanding in the commercial impact of your decisions
• Ability to share with stakeholders from clients to internal senior leadership
• Be solution-driven and hungry to solve problems by identifying ideas and actions

Working set up – Twice a week in their office

Office Location – London

Salary – 75k-85k
