Consortia are looking for a Service Design Lead to help our client manage and grow their service design solution capabilities.

They are a small team, with all the perks of a large organization, and they are looking to grow rapidly.

Their work directly impacts citizens in a meaningful way, giving the Service Design Lead the chance to work on projects that really matter. 

This is a mainly remote role, but they will ideally be looking for the Service Design Lead to come in once a month and for client meetings. 

As Service Design Lead you'll need to be someone who is ready to ask ambiguous questions and be comfortable in engaging with stakeholders. 

The right person will: 

  • Be proficient in a range of qualitative user research methods 
  • Have experience instilling best practice methodology 
  • Have the ability to know which design methods to use, such as: 
  • Service blueprints
  • User/customer journey maps
  • Scenarios and storyboards
  • Service ecosystem mapping
  • Process mapping
  • Service role play
  • Visualisation and concept design
