Service Designer

Are you a Service Designer looking for your next move and be part of one of the UK’s leading insurance and financial services companies? A well-established company are looking for its first Service Designer to assist with its transformation project and deliver new products and services for its customers.

The Service Designer will join the journey to plan and manage the roadmap for Service Design projects and facilitate successful delivery! The Service Designer will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functionally while driving the adoption of best practice Service Design into the project and across with the wider business.

This is a great opportunity to make the role your own and shape the execution of Service Design as the first person in this role! Also, if you come from a Business Analyst / Change Improvement background then this is a huge bonus.

The Service Designer will be responsible for developing design deliverables:

• Plan and lead multiple Service Design projects across the business
• Engage with and challenge stakeholders to deliver target business outcomes
• Pragmatic approach and understanding in the commercial impact of your decisions
• Be solution-driven and hungry to solve problems by identifying ideas and actions
• Implement process improvement front end, as well as back end!

Working set up – 80% remote 20% office based

Salary - £55K + 17.5% bonus!
