1st/2nd Line Support Analyst - Paddington, London - £200-225pd (Outside of IR35) - Onsite 5-days per week

Are YOU looking for an exciting role, working with cutting edge technology on a large implementation offering lot's of career progression?

A global FinTech client of ours is looking for a 1st/2nd line support analyst to join it’s multi functional team!

What you will be doing:

  • Log all support calls reported via telephone, Email, Chat or walk-ups using our ITSM tool
  • Administer and provide User account provisioning.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems general IT issues
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with our internal customers during support and training.
  • Ensure all hardware and software setup for new employees is complete

You will need to have experience in some of the following areas:

  • Supporting Google Workspace / G-Suite applications
  • Jira (confluence, Service management, Trello)
  • Support Audio / Visual set-ups
  • Exposure to Azure or Google Cloud
