Customer Support Manager - Up to £45,000 P/A DOE!

Consortia are proud to offer a Customer Support Manager opportunity with one of our developing, innovative Sports Analytics clients based in London. 

We are looking for an ambitious and knowledgeable Customer Support Manager, who can help identify, execute and manage our attitude to supporting a progressively global, ‘always-on’ client base in a way that balances customer needs with the commercial priorities of the business.

Reporting directly to the Operations Director, the successful applicant will chief a new, centralised Customer Support function, and will work with the CEO and the MDs of sports businesses to comprehend their customer support requirements and ensure that these requirements are efficient as the businesses continue to scale.

Requirements?

  • Experience running a customer support desk across data products and services. 
  • Knowledge of working with and/or implementing ticket tools such as JIRA, Zendesk, Monday, etc. 
  • Line management experience and recruiting for small teams. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to build relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Willing to travel within the UK - Potentially between London and Leeds.
