Lead Visual Designer

Are you looking for a role as a Lead Visual Designer working for our client who is a European leader within their industry?

You will own the design system, end to end, and educate across the wider business. As well as take responsibility for identifying visual inconsistencies to improve the overall product. The Lead Visual Designer will also work cross-functionally with designers, researchers, and engineers. Also constantly having the brand at the forefront of everything you are doing, alongside communicating and giving feedback to internal stakeholders to continually evolve the digital design across all products.

This will be a great opportunity for a creative individual to make a huge impact within their company, and for a Lead Visual Designer to shape and define the visual design for a true industry leader!

As the Lead Visual Designer, you will have experience in managing a wider creative design team, with the ability to easily communicate design decisions.

The client is currently working on remote-first working and is looking for a Lead Visual Designer to come into one of their main offices a couple of times a month.
