Senior UI Designer

Consortia are excited to partner with a leading market data provider who are looking to bring on board an exceptional Senior UI Designer to be the forefront of visual design and prototyping across mobile and desktop. They have offices globally, providing intelligence and forecast data to analysts, sellers, and buyers.

As an experienced UI Designer, you will be solving complex problems across multiple channels working within a growing design team to deliver exceptional design and a thorough process. This is a leadership role and you’ll be mentoring junior designers. You will need to have strong experience in collaborating in the development and upkeep of design systems and UI kits.

 Here are a few requirements for the Senior UI Designer role:

• A strong portfolio, demonstrating experience in UI and design systems and explaining what how and why you overcame the problem
• A love for solving complex problems
• Someone who can design with empathy and understanding
• Experience coaching team members
• Have a broad range of skills covering the design process end to end: interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
• Be passionate about how UX and Design can help a business to solve customers’ problems
