Qualitative Insight Lead

Consortia are looking for a Qualitative Insight Lead for an exciting agency working with well-known companies, their work directly impacts citizens, giving you the chance to be a part of something that really makes an impact.

They are a small team, with the perks of a large organization, and they are looking to grow rapidly.

They are looking for someone who can lead project work and be responsible for developing the qualitative research capability within the team. 

This is a mainly remote role, but with the flexibility to come in as much as you like, they have a great working culture and a supportive team who are based in their amazing offices in London.

As Qualitative Insight Lead you'll need to be someone who is comfortable presenting insight to clients and the team.

The right person will:

• Have the ability to design best practice approaches for practice, projects, and proposals
• Be confident in presenting and have the capabilities to help the team develop qualitative research skills
• Be proficient in qualitative methods such as: 
• User interviews
• Moderated usability studies
• Card sorting
• Concept testing
• Diary studies
• Contextual inquiry/ethnography
• Focus groups/User workshops
