Senior Researcher

Consortia are excited to partner with a leading market data provider who is looking to bring on board a passionate Senior Researcher to develop market-leading products through understanding customer behaviors and needs. They are leaders in their field and have offices globally, providing intelligence and forecast data to analysts, sellers, and buyers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a researcher who wants to work with a company that really cares about UX, you will have the opportunity to contribute and learn from their UX community.

As an experienced Senior Researcher, you will help the business to build out a reliable and strong source of evidence to assist product planning, produce and authorize product ideas. You are very comfortable in building out research operations, whilst mentoring junior designers.

 Here are a few requirements for the Senior Researcher role:

• Someone who is comfortable in leading teams
• A love for solving complex problems
• Someone who can design with empathy and understanding
• Have a broad range of skills covering the design process end to end: interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
• Be passionate about how UX and Design can help a business to solve customers’ problems
• Skilled in engaging with stakeholders
• Have a deep understanding of users needs and ensure key needs are being met
